This is “Fragrant French Butter,” carefully baked using a combination of French fermented butter and almonds. An elegant aroma drifts from the rich, full-bodied butter, complemented by the moist sweetness of the almonds.
Although the surface felt slightly firm due to being baked twice, the texture was moist, and the rich, buttery depth and sweet aroma of almonds luxuriously melted together on the palate. While the dough had a dense texture, I was able to savor a luxurious moment as the flavors of butter and almonds slowly spread throughout my mouth.
