Seafood Salsa Sauce Rice Bowl (Salmon, Sausage, Cheese)

A rice bowl inspired by Mexico’s traditional event, “Día de los Muertos”

The main salsa sauce rice bowl features generous chunks of seafood that release a rich, savory flavor infused with the umami of fish and shellfish. The spicy kick of jalapeño adds the perfect accent, complemented by the richness of cheese and the fluffy texture of beans. The refreshing tang of lime brings the entire dish together in exquisite balance.

The thick, meaty bone-in sausage topping has a subtle peppery kick that adds a nice accent. The salmon is juicy, and the simple salt-and-pepper seasoning perfectly highlights its flavor. Colorful vegetables, such as bell peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower, are included to allow their natural sweetness to shine through. Crispy, skull-shaped tortilla chips add another textural element. Pan de Muerto (with Orange)

Brioche inspired by the traditional bread of “Día de los Muertos”
What is “Pan de Muerto” eaten on “Día de los Muertos”?

Pan de Muerto is a traditional sweet bread with an orange aroma that is often placed on altars during Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Its distinctive pattern represents a skeleton’s bones.

The bread dough was light and airy, with a crunchy bite from the sugar crystals. The subtly sweet dough was complemented by the coating sugar’s sweetness and the faint, refreshing aroma of orange, creating a gentle flavor profile.

“Remember Me” Drink (Orange & Mandarin Orange)

A special drink inspired by Marigold from the Disney film “Coco”
Why are marigolds used for decorations?

The tradition of decorating with marigolds serves as a guidepost to help the departed find their way home. In the Disney film Coco, the great bridge of marigolds connected the land of the living to the land of the dead.

It is topped with generous orange pulp that is reminiscent of marigold petals. This drink features carbonated orange jelly, syrup, and mandarin orange peel for a rich citrus experience. The carbonation enhances the refreshing orange aroma, and the flavor delivers the richness of the orange and the satisfying texture of its pulp.
